Position: Regional Corporate Sales & Marketing Managers

Summary:
This position has sales responsibility for an assigned geographical region.
This includes customer strategy, day-to-day customer contact, research, forecasting,
selling and representation at industry events. This position serves as the front-line
face of I.R.D.I. Business Group® to the customer and is primarily responsible
for customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointment and meet with small and midsize company owners.
- Prepare customized presentation for clients
- Attend business leader functions to meet business owners.
- Meet with local government officials to discuss business and economic development strategies.
- Identify potential customers within their territory
- Develop presentations material to showcase I.R.D.I. Business solutions tailored the needs of potential corporate customers delivered against monthly and annual volume goals.
- Manage all aspects of the customer relationship including day-to-day contact, order assistance, follow-up and problem-solving and after sales support.
- Develop online marketing strategies including utilizing social network platforms. (Such as Face Book Tweeter etc.)
- Attend local trade and industry shows and customer events as needed.
- Research and utilize industry associations, venues to build awareness of I.R.D.I. Business Group® business support and domestic and international market development services.
- Submit monthly reporting to executive management.
- Be a customer champion and deliver the ideal brand experience at all touch-points.
- Provide field intelligence regarding competition, market challenges, industry review and trends.
- Practice continuous improvement principles by actively seeking improved workflow and reduced waste within the organization.
- Work closely with clients and American executive team to maximize management efficiency and transparency.
Successful candidate will possess the following:
- Speak as well write English at a professional and business level.
- Possess excellent organization, communication and management skills.
- Develop marketing and presentation material for target region.
- Proficient at making PowerPoint presentations, using Excel, and Microsoft.
- Ten (5) plus years of successful channel and/or sales experience.
- BS Degree in business, sales, marketing or experience related field.
- Willing to sign and uphold I.R.D.I. Business Group® Code of Ethics.
- Must be willing to travel extensively.
- Must be able and willing to make jobsite calls.
- Able to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Strong interest in global issues and aware of international trends.
- Familiar with social media platforms.
Compensation:
Position will start on a commission bases with successful completion of the review period of 6 months. Salary + commission will be changed
- Monthly reviews of sales performance and activity will be conducted.
- Successful Completion of the review period applicant will then be granted
full Marketing Manager Tier rights.
- After probationary term is completed salary will be restructured to Salary + commission. (Annual Bonus)
Position: Premium California Wine Sales Representative
Location: Tokyo Japan
I.R.D.I. Business Group is looking to hire the services of serious, self- motivated persons for premiere wines sales. Wine sales representative will be responsible for meeting and contacting potential buyers. This also includes providing after sales service for wine buyers. Wine leads will be provided. Representative will research as well act on wine buyer leads that I.R.D.I. Business Group will be provide.

Job Description:
- Identify business risks
- Understand and document business processes and controls
- Develop, plan, execute Internal Audits to include: Risk assessments, process maps or flowcharts, risk focused audit programs, testing of controls identified. Communication of observations recommendations orally and in writing to address the needs of different levels of management.
- Perform in 'in-charge' role for team audits, as required.
- Issue reports that address: level of business risks, effectiveness of controls, and consultative business solutions
- Contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel.
