I.R.D.I.
Code of Ethics
All I.R.D.I. team members have signed and
are legally bonded to the code of ethics.

Will
accept full responsibility for all work undertaken. |
| 2. |
Will disclose any
translated work that may be unclear or misinterpreted to I.R.D.I.
Management and the client. |
| 3. |
Will be fully responsible
for representing the client professionally. |
| 4. |
Will submit all
material on specified due date. |
| 5. |
Will submit all
material including work in progress when requested by I.R.D.I.
Management. |
| 6. |
Will respect the
interests of their clients and consider all information to which
they have access to confidential. |
| 7. |
Will safeguard
all client interests against unknown threats. |
| 8. |
Will provide disclosure
to client, if client is unaware of cultural expectations or
language usage in relation to consulting a client. |
| 9. |
Will maintain all
client assignments, and material as confidential . Client confidentiality
will not be compromised, unless told to disclose by I.R.D.I.
upper management, or by a court of law. |

Understands that
breach of confidentiality could result in termination of employment
|
| 11. |
Will not discuss
any client or project information with anyone (including
friends, family members,or non I.R.D.I. Team members)
except client or IRDI management. |

Will not discuss
client activity (including friends, family
members,or non I.R.D.I Team members) except to IRDI management
or Legal body. |

Will comply with
International code Chapter 90 - Protection of Trade Secrets |

Sec. 1831. Economic
espionage
(a) In General. -- Whoever, intending or knowing that the
offense will benefit any foreign government, foreign instrumentality,
or foreign agent, knowingly--
(1) steals, or without authorization appropriates, takes,
carries away, or conceals, or by fraud, artifice, or deception
obtains a trade secret:
(2) without authorization copies, duplicates, sketches, draws,
photographs, downloads, uploads, alters, destroys, photocopies,
replicates, transmits, delivers, sends, mails, communicates,
or conveys a trade secret:
(3) receives, buys, or possesses a trade secret, knowing the
same to have been stolen or appropriated, obtained, or converted
without authorization:
(4) attempts to commit any offense described in any of paragraphs
(1) through (3); or
(5) conspires with one or more other persons to commit any
offense described in any of paragraphs (1) through (4), and
one or more of such persons do any act to effect the object
of conspiracy.
shall, except as provided in subsection (b), be fined not
more than $500,000 or imprisoned not more than 15 years, or
both.

Sec. 1832. Theft
of trade secrets. |

(a) Whoever,
with intent to convert a trade secret, that is related to
or included in a product that is produced for or placed in
interstate or foreign commerce, to the economic benefit of
anyone other than the owner thereof, and intending or knowing
that the offense will , injure any owner of that trade secret,
knowingly--
(1) steals, or
without authorization appropriates, takes, carries away, or
conceals, or by fraud, artifice, or deception obtains such
information;
(2) without authorization copies, duplicates, sketches, draws,
photographs, downloads, uploads, alters, destroys, photocopies,
replicates, transmits, delivers, sends, mails, communicates,
or conveys such information;
(3) receives, buys, or possesses such information, knowing
the same to have been stolen or appropriated, obtained, or
converted without authorization;
(4) attempts to commit any offense described in paragraphs
(1) through (3); or
(5) conspires with one or more other persons to commit any
offense described in paragraphs (1) through (3), and one or
more of such persons do any act to effect the object of the
conspiracy, shall, except as provided in subsection (b), be
fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 10 years,
or both.

If breach of privacy
is proven true, will result in penalties fines and loss of employment
as will be prosecuted under international Law. |

Will conduct themselves
in a courteous and professional manner at all times. |

Will dress in professional
attire when representing a client |

Will show up on
time as client specifies |
| 20. |
Will represent
the client in focus of safeguarding client interests. If proven
false IRDI. Representative will be reprimanded and held accountable
for any damages. And possible loss of employment with IRDI will
result. |

Will translate
whatever is said or written in one language into the other language
using exact equivalent meaning and structure. Make sure that
the information translated is true and correct in all material
respects. |
| 22. |
Will be impartial
since they understand that they are the mean of transferring
the information and will not change the message in any way.

Will advise you
if there is any conflict of interest
before any work is undertaken. |
